Maybe it's because it's a older Source Engine model and Gmod beta has the new Engine and also new VTF/VMT system, so i think the Big Daddy's old VTF/VMT is not working with the new VTF/VMT.

No, probably because i was using a glitch to my advantage in that situation.
The glitch is now most likely fixed.
So if you want colored eyes, you're going to have to hue the texture manually. Sorry. :excited:

Sorry, but now the Big Daddy is purple and black checkered, I can still pose him, but he is black and perple checkered.....I am a noob...

Dose any one know how to install this because I extract it to the addons folder and they do not show up in game.
This is where I extract it too --> C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\My Username\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons
Maybe you should extract Materials, Models and Settings folders in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\My Username\garrysmod\garrysmod folder? Never thought about that?
