You can always force Dx9 in the model viewer, just go to the dircetory of the model veiw make a short cut to desktop, and add mat_dxlevel90 to the properties line.

Usually models are t-posed to make rigging and ragdolling easier.

I agree with you to be honest.

Neodement did do the original t pose, but the model was still very warped from the whole 3dripperdx conversion.

I did what i could, but the model is still messed up in multiple places...

I could list them, but it would take all day.

Also, as ??UnKnOwN?? mentioned, the source engine doesn't do the textures any justice what-so-ever.
