You could just spawn the normal Gman model and do ent_fire setbodygroup 2 or something. I think that gets rid of his briefcase.

I want to use it as a player model for DarkRP. Is there a way to do this automatically on a player model?
I also saw something about using the EP1 G-man model. Is it named differently from the original HL2 model? Could I have clients download it and necessary textures?

did you actually edit the model with a 3d program or did you just edit the .vtf of the suitcase?
ent_fire !picker setbodygroup 1 while looking at GMan = no briefcase. I was messing around experimenting on various models that have that.
