There's plenty of wrong in SFM with flexes of most non-TF2 models. Even regular citizens or Left 4 Dead survivors don't function properly.

But there is a way to fix the eye poser on each models who had this bug by adding flexcontrollers on the eyes by modifying the QC by decompiling your model, I tried with plenty of models and it worked,though there is still some problems.
