Its possible to rip from Republic Commando. Infact, its pretty easy i hear. I dont have it anymore, but i can rip from UT3 using Umodel easily, and it supports RC.

They already have model manipulator support, they work on Civil Protection and Combine Soldiers.

I'll just hack some of the pilot parts onto the new bodies.
