Thats your problem then, I had the same issue with the magnemite, shadow had to redo it as a lower poly count, then it worked fine. No idea if thats whats wrong with yours though.

Hello I got a problem I am running windows 7 and everytime i try to convert at the end i get this Error
writing c:\games\steam\steamapps\SourceMods\testmod2\models/models\meathead\house_01.mdl:
Error opening c:\games\steam\steamapps\SourceMods\testmod2\models/models\meathead\house_01.mdl! (Check for write enable)
Now with windows 7 attributes you can change the files to read only but not the folders themself. Is there anyway out of this?

EDIT I GOT IT WORKING!
For me, everything works in the making of the model, and a new model pops up. But when I get in game to look at it, it is just a effect circle and no model is there. How do i fix it?

3. Click button "AutoSmooth"
4. Pick modifier "Edit Normals"

7. Right mouse click on "Edit Normals" and choose "Collapse To"
