Small update, I finished the admiral outfit for the males, started on the male suit/casual dress now.
And as soon as i can pry myself away from fallout for long enough to do anything i'll do the tint work for the rest of them. And the hands.

just suggesting but you should use the citizen heads from mass effect game haxxer, it gives more variety and the heads are already rigged

Sorry no, Mass Effect uses a system with custom shaders that tints the heads (they are pale) and that also randomizes the heads and thus creates shitloads of variations. The heads are not tinted and I'd have to make flexes for every head which would take way too much time.

well you could always recolor them in PS dont need tint maps for it
and you wouldnt have to do every head, just pick a couple out of the bunch, I only found like 5 heads when I ported from the first ME, also making flexes for every head wouldn't be that long in the process since they are rigged already, its not like you would have to do soft select and move the verts to make a flex, and rig the jaw manually to make a open mouth

The face and the scalp (head) also uses different normal maps and the edges would be really noticeable.
