I realized i said the turian prop pack was nearly done months ago so i did some more work towards finishing it.

They're basically the phoenix guys but they have an orange whip. You see it in the trailer. The hazards sound pretty cool! I hope it includes random Thresher Maw attacks.. that would be sweet. Or Harvesters randomly dropping down and attacking :D

my guesses are that they're just going to add in turians with helmets, kinda like the krogan vanguard did. I was playing yesterday and noticed that if 3 people are "ready" to play and the 4th isnt, theres a 15 second countdown, so we dont have to wait too long now! yay.

Shepard v1 had wrong angles and couldn't make a fist for example.

It's a unique head mesh. It would be faster and better to port directly from the game.

Textures aren't quite finished, but everything else is pretty much done. I'm working on the collectors too, they're not quite ingame yet though.

Easy. But considering they tend to mess with textures and rigging it's usually better not to.

As hard as you're willing to make it.
The hardest being you eschew the rig that the XNALara model has and build your own.
Which I personally recommend, since, as wraith stated, XNALara rigs tend to be a bit... less than ideal.
Of course, if you're not that good at rigging, that causes a whole slew of problems.
