Continued on Kelly. I tweaked the phong settings a bit and edited the normal, so everything but the pads on the chest, the belt and its pouches as well as the boots is nearly transparent in it.

It is mostly Hahne-Kedar, but it's not Capacitator, it's the Kestrel helmet. Also I'm sure goOR or someone else could whip up one pretty quickly, and it actually looks like he included the H.K. armor in his Jane Shepard release.
I personally can't since I'm unable to compile. If you'd like my texture assets (which are slightly customized but based mostly on the existing textures and patterns), goORs look pretty damn good already, but still I'd love to help if need be.
Also I totally tweaked out and whipped up custom ME3 lens flares that I've been posting all over the ninnernet
