I'd say you'd be better of trying to blend the two original normals. The ones coming form the plugin seem to have some weird inversions - which is to be expected due to how it works.

For ragdolls, it's around 0.4 (40%), I have honestly no idea about buildings or parts of buildings.

Lol, its an as-we-go thing, I've almost got all of the SR2's map props converted to SMD's, though i got a question, whenever i try and compile a concave phy, it shrink-wraps it, even through i have $concave 1 indicated (or is it convex? i know i have the right one in the QC from developer.valvesoftware...) anyone know how to fix this? I've tried it with studio mdl and GUIStudio...
