Well, I hate to be a three-in-a-row poster, but for some reason, this is what I've been working on this Valentine's Day:

Work is progressing pretty rapidly, but I still need help from you (Yes, YOU!). The body textures I've got this guy are... not so great.
Would it be possible for someone with the PC version of ME2 or ME3 to grab some fresh copies out of the files for me? If you could get the tint maps for them while you're at it, that would be even better. I'm hoping to make a few variant skins to boost the varmint variety, especially hoping to get the Bloodpack patterns.
I'm going to guess the best looking version is probably the new DLC multiplayer vorcha, but I don't know that for sure, and I'm not even sure they're on the same UV. But if somebody could at least get me the basics, that'd be fantastic!

You can have these I made for XNALara if you want.

And I'd say that is as high res as they are in-game so unless someone makes a high-res that's what one gets.

I'll certainly take whatever I can get. Even if I do get more, the more the merrier.
I actually already ported those, let me post my files, might as well give them out to you guys instead of letting them rot on my dropbox :v:

[editline]15th February 2013[/editline]
also some bodygrouped stuff on em
As always, Ninja surprises us with another great release :v:
it's not really up to par
i just had them lying around and thought i might as well release them :v
Boom! Zero to vorcha in a day and a half. Now that's what I call romance.
Still think I'm going to finish out my version, though. Faceposing won't be as good as ninja's, but I'm hoping to load them down in extras. Still, don't suppose I could bum a tint map offa somebody?
I think they're lying around in my pack
Poked around, but if they're there, I haven't spotted them. Might just be completely thick though.
Oh, they're not there, well here they are:https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44650710/steam/tings.zip
Awesometastic! Now to get back to work.
You guys are awesome.
I didn't want to make a new thread for it so i'll just post here.
Uploaded the ME3 weapons to workshop, redid all the textures and added some stuff including the new DLC guns.

Collectors or cerberus coming next, who knows.
This pack looks amazing. Can anyone confirm whether or not using a .gma opener will work for this? Would love to have these in SFM.

It works just fine.
It works just fine.
It does? May I ask what converter you're using? I tried GmadConvGUI.exe and it's throwing up an error.

Yeah I just tried it, it's not working.
Any possibility someone can upload the regular files?
I use the non gui version. Which is an exe. Basically drag the file you want to extract on it and it works :)

JointTool makes posing easier and gives us new possibilities. Here are some new Screenshots. (Just in case please don't ask when i'm going to release Shepard pack v2, i still working on it and wanna get good quality.) Still needs to fix scars.

UPD:
"Source" eyeballs were deleted from models.
What do you mean by "Source eyeballs were deleted"?
Are you implying you are not using Source eye shaders, but instead rigged the eyes to bones or something?
If so, I think that's a terrible idea. I don't want to have to use proxy entities and aim constraints in the SFM to eyepose models. Especially when Source eyes work perfectly fine.
If that's not what you mean, would you please elaborate?
Progress continues on vorcha, featuring a variety of skins including 3 bloodpack skins, 4 random vorcha, and 1 each Blue Sun and Eclipse because, well, why not?

It's an understandable switch in order to use glowing eyes, as none of the default eye shaders support self illumination. I've managed a workaround, but it's ambient-light-specific.
Ergo, having glowing eyes should be a skingroup, and the original eyes should still use the original eye shaders.
Have any of the Multiplayer models been ported besides the N7 "Earth" DLC models? (which btw are awesome) The only other one i've found is the "Battlefield 3" Soldier but the textures on it are blurry.

Although most of the models havent directly been ported from Multiplayer.. we still have the models.. somewhere. Obviously BioWare have reused the asari, vorcha, volus, drell, turian, quarian.. all the human models.. and at least 1 of the krogan models, and we have all of these. The only thing we dont have is the one with a normal krogan head on grunt's body.

Honestly I'd prefer unglowing source based eyes over glowing nonsource. Though The imho best thing to do is have both with the glowing ones being a skingroup and having granural flex control over them. It's mostly because the eye shader looks massively massively better than almost anything else.
Also are you using halflambert on the face? Almost looks as if you aren't.

We still don't have multiplayer version of batarians and turians. We don't have Phoenix Adept/Vanguard, Turian Ghost/Havoc/Saboteur.

Forgot about the batarians, and Floater either released the Phoenix or will release them shortly, I remember a picture a while back. But I'm pretty sure we have the turians.. they're just the ME3 turians we already have with helmets on.

It's the second Garrus armour minus rocket attachments.
Got the attachment on the ME3 animations working properly, so now you can attach all the guns you want in Hammer and SFM
Also fixed the gmod bug, I was compiling in the L4D2 SDK. I'll push it to the EP2 version upon release, which should be maybe half a month or so depending on the bug fix.

I have the new MP turians done, i just haven't gotten around to releasing them yet.
Phoenix guys too if you count the cerberus dragoons as them since the model's identical.

Thanks for the update! And thanks for not disappearing from the community! You rock! :)
I'm using your Aria T'Loak model for a little SFM movie I'm doing right now, so thanks for that as well.
