Yeah thanks for all the great work guys.
I don't usually enjoy Harlem Shake videos, but that was neat.
The N7 guys should've just booted Saren out of the shuttle. I know I would.
I'm honestly not sure what I just watched.
The N7 guys should've just booted Saren out of the shuttle. I know I would.
that's weird you say this because that was the original plan... then Saren was going to be seen floating up on his geth hover craft thing while dancing on it. But that would have been more work and i just made this for someone by request real quick (didn't even know what harlem shake was before Friday).

Okay. I guess I was wrong.
no one likes that shit and you're making yourself look like an idiot
no one likes that shit and you're making yourself look like an idiot
I guess they got boring really quick eh? XD Oh well, back to ME sketches for me. :D

are there any Omni tool models that are actually bright enough to see? The one's i've checked out from the prop packs are barely visible. They need to be at least almost as bright as Joazzz's hair in his steam profile pic.

I assume you're talking about using it in SFM? Normal Omni-Tools (the two(?) from Cire992's packs) are almost invisible there, and to see it I normally have to duplicate the model some 10 times over in the same space. Even then it's hard to see. It also seems to be that if another model or world is rendered behind the tool, the omni-tool is either not rendered at all, or even more dim than normal. It also does something weird to bloom. It's as if the tool is giving off massive amounts of bloom, but said bloom only shows up on the bloom effect of other models. However, the other day when I was looking through Omni-Tool models, I found one that shows up fine. This is an image that uses the better Omni-tool model. The coloring is slightly off though, and the texture isn't animated like it is in the ME games and like Cire992's models, but it's better than not being able to see it at all. As for where the model is from or who made/ported it... I can only tell you that it came in a pack (which included a lot of ME2 models, including all three mech types and plenty of weapons), and the base folder for it is usermod/models/masseffectdt. Aside from that, no data available. There's also three versions of it. Full tool, just the circle thing, and just the sheath and palm thing.
Try to animate it decently first to be honest.
Now I have no professional training - SFM was really my first try at animating, but do you know of any good places I can learn to improve my skills?
DT's fancy pack has an omnitool you can see.

I think that's what did it for me.
New Mass Effect MP DLC today. A lot of the stuff is just variations of stuff we already have but there are new female turians, as well as new(ish) guns.
The guns are already up on my to-do list as an update for the existing pack, and if the collector is any different from the default ones i'll add it as a skingroup for my collector troopers. I might do the guy cosplaying as Zaeed too and maybe the krogan due to the fact none of them need any faceposing, maybe the geth prime too if it's not identical to the one squiddy already ported.
Quick question, is the other character supposed to be EDI...or another killer sex bot?
Quick question, is the other character supposed to be EDI...or another killer sex bot?
Tried it out today. Just seems to be from a long line of bots the Alliance produced based on Cerberus' Dr. Eva Core - if you ask me, heh, I think it's just another way of well, appealing to some in the ME community. But in terms of gameplay, she's not that bad at all. Cloak and snap freeze are pretty snazzy. And the repair matrix power? What a gem that is. Great for reviving. Just incase you go down in the process, you get straight back up. I have a good feeling this class is going to be used by a lot of peeps low on medigel. XD
Hey, There was a Hackett model released a while back does anyone still have the link to it?
