A compile command will make it better, take alien swarm for example.
Which is likewise mostly brush based. The thing is, you can use brush sections in Alien swarm which work in similar ways as these prop groups.

Eh, very true, I could make brushes and use the model a a guide... which is what i will most likely do... cause I compiled the map (half the CIC and armoury, and Confrence room) and it was the fugliest thing ever :v: Ill post a pic or two later

a good way to do what you're trying to do is to hack apart the models of the rooms, make the least complicated parts out of brushes, then use the hacked peices where you can't make things out of brushes.
for example, in the briefing room, there's no way in hell you'll be able to make the central table and the curved floor surrounding it using brushes, so hack out the table as one prop, the floor as another, then maybe cut out the pillars and the peice in middle of the ceiling as other props, then you can just make the walls, the simpler parts of the floor, and the rest of the ceiling out of brushes. making it all out of brushes would be impossible due to how complicated some of the shapes are.

Yes, but the result is not nearly as pretty... I may just do that, and release the map props as well, but for some reason some of the bumps are not working...
Really at least make the walls brushes. Make the various supports and pillars into props and grab the textures off the walls. Most of them are straight as it is and turn them into brushes. YOu won't get the hilarious odd shading problems. Also add those ground light textures to a lights.rad file.
I mean props to you for actually making this and putting your time into it., but I'd recommend you do it with care and without the errors.
