Ashley, Kelly Chambers, Dr. Chakwas, Kaidan, Wrex (unsure), Grunt (again, unsure), Morinth, Jack. I cannot think of any others. At least of Shepard's Squad.
We've got Mordin, Samara, Tali (ME1 and 2), Garrus (ME1 and 2), Jacob, Zaeed, Kasumi, Joker (ME2), Thane and Legion.
They're working on Liara.
Not of Shepard's squad: Illusive Man, Collector, Collector General, Anderson, Udina.
We've got Saren.
I'd really like to see the Illusive man be made into a ragdoll. Well, one with the works. There is one that is CSS rigged, but no face or finger posing. (Well, CSS finger posing)
