They modelled her head and went to the lengths of texturing it like that, so i'd imagine she's meant to be shaven-headed.
Although if anyone does make a hoodless Kasumi then fuck what she's meant to look like, she'd look infinitely better with hair.

if he wants to port the same thing im not angry about that, what im angry about is that he included me in it, I refuse to please the audience? its a skin fix its not that hard, photoshop isn't hard to work. what sifting are you having to do? you mean the texture that actually has the name on it? HEAD/SCALP. I didn't rename them to something hard to understand, so that point is flawed. I told you to fix it yourself cause I was busy with other projects I even said before I was done with mass effect stuff. Call me arrogant all you want i'm just stating what I think about this. As for haxxer redoing it, go ahead not like I care if someone does the same port lol. just means we get more variety, as for effort, it takes little effort to do something thats already rigged, only thing you have to rig is the fingers, and I didn't figure that part out until after I finished both shepards.
I would've read all that if you'd actually put some effort in to making it readable.

Go ahead, make your own port. If your Shepard didn't live up to my standards DOESN'T mean I'm saying you're bad at porting. I'm simply making another port that I'll give out to people that wants it (IE, Urbanator, Floater-TWO).

I would've just took it as him acknowledging you've already done it and him explaining the reason to make another. You guys do tend to get a little arsy when people attempt to port something thats already ported with posts like "uh.. it's already been done retard."
I actually wouldn't mind a Kasumi with faceposing really :)
