Are they working in HLMV for you Korro? if yes, then it's possible they are one of the first or last flexes and the game tends to not read them for some reason. That's why a lot of us use the blank frames.
Hey guys, I've been looking at this thread for the past few days now and all your models got me excited about getting some models in Max myself. So I've installed my copy of ME2, got Unreal Viewer and the plugin for Max and was ready for some importing....untill I saw the filestructure in the CookedPC map. What a mess! So my question to those who can anwer this: What ppc files do I need to extract in order to get all the main vehicles/ships? An answer would be really nice since that would save me from extracting dozens of files :)

Indeed, I'll add those in before the main release, in the meantime, I am fixing my Varren models, as someone pointed out, the hips of the hind legs failed to work, so, I fixed it, and will be uploading shortly.
So I tinted Garrus' casual clothes, I think it turned out good.

So how do you find the model you're looking for in de CookedPC PCC Files? I want to try my luck on converting some models but I have no idea on how to find the models of ships for example, or characters for that matter (but characters are a bit too hard for me I guess since I do a terrible rigging job). So if anyone can point me out in what direction to search :) I've searched the internet for some answers, but none can be found I'm afraid.
Usually Guestimation by the name of the psk files.
Characters are relatively easy though
ASA - asari head
HMF - human female and asari bodies
HMM - human male and batarian bodies
TUR - turian parts
etc

Yeah, I got that far already, and I also know that VEH stands for vehicle. But do I have to extract every single PCC file? Because that's gonna take a while with umodel :P Thnx!
Well it doesn't take too long. But usually you can also go by PCC names. Know a static prop is in some area? Extract all the PCC files witht he associated areas. It's surely instanced in at least one of them. Much less stuff to sift trough.
And the PCC file names are pretty good.

glad to see the thread isn't dead, will the vorcha have skingroups? I noticed some have different skin-tones, facial tattoos, etc.

Well sure, I got 12 possible skingroups out of what you did before, but if you want, I'll gladly add them in.

Very nice. I find Vorcha very interesting. They're very scary to be honest, even though they seem somewhat stupid. They look like Mass Effect's demons.

Need to find some way of toning down the cubemaps, and i might go back to using the hunter's phong warp texture, it just looked nicer.
