Fixed the phong and envmap settings and stuff. Pretty much done apart from the shoulderpads.

If you're not already using it, using $envmaptint "[# # #]" works to reduce or amplify the envmap shine pretty well, just use any # < 1 for a reduction effect.
That's what i'm using, i think i set it to 0.25 or something similar. I tried to avoid getting rid of the envmaps completely.

Gonna tone down the phong and envmaps a bit more and play with the specular maps a bit since currently it looks like they've been for a swim in cooking oil.
like the headset/eyepiece, is that body grouped to the model?
No, it was in a big MW2/frontlines headgear pack i found ages ago, i was going to just give him a beret or something but that seemed to fit better.
ah yeah thought it looked familiar, yeah it looks better than a beret would I think, unless you get a hold of that one Jenkins wore in ME1, the blue one wouldn't look bad.
Sorry to ask but does anyone know where I can get the regular ME2 weapons because I noticed the Widow and stuff and I need it bad.

re-uving haxxer's N7 citizens (aka heavy armour) to the texture sheets from wraithcat's ME Mercs (medium armour), will be doing females afterwards
almost done too, once they're finished they should fit any medium armour skin with ease. Would anyone have on hand the extra enemy armour kits from ME/ME2 (Shadow Broker's Guards, freelancers etc)? I'd like to try them with it to make sure they fit and shit.
What exactly is the difference between Wraithcat's mercs and yours? I know you explained it in your post but I don't quite understand.

They look the same to me, except for the helmet, which is included in a bodygroup of Wraithcat's I believe. And I'm not implying Taggart is stealing it or something, I just want to know the difference.
