it's a skeleton problem but I'm not sure what it's doing supposedly, it can't find the bone for the hand, even though it's there

I'm looking trough all the squad mate packages and I can't find the textures for all the alternative outfits, are they all kept in some separate package or something?

It could be along the similar lines of that.

Is there a new version of UModel out? Last time I tried to rip models from ME3 (Or at least the Demo) It didn't work..

^ Yeah gildor updated a couple days ago. Getting there with liara, need to re-do the constraints though, they were so bad I couldn't even get any decent in-game pics. I made my own attempt at re-texturing her sb outfit, since the pink and purple thing they gave us in ME3 is even more bizarre looking than the white and blue.
looks awesome!, can't wait to see it in gmod, glad you did her other outfits as well, I really like the armor set with the alliance logo on it, I'm also really glad you've got her in the scientist uniform too, did you do texture work on that as well? because it looks especially good.

Yeah, downloaded the new UModel from yesterday (yay) but all textures come out as 32x32. never had this kinda problem with Me2 porting >.> Nice Liara, btw

Nice work though![/QUOTE] It's because floater did a lot of the texturing by himself. The actual downgrade in texture quality happened between ME2 and Me1
Hmmm...has anybody considerd porting over models of the buildings from Illium ? Cause they pretty obviously have to use models for the car chase during the shadowbroker DLC

If anyone rips some of the models that had hair physics at some point, they should add that in. Jiggle bones or somethin.

What's the proper actorx import mesh scale for converting it to source units? From what i can tell .395 is effectively (as in, accurate down to millimeters) the height of a HL2 citizen for a human model, 72 units (in this case, medium armour + facegen base mesh) I wanna be absolutely sure there isn't some exact conversion unit, however. I'm porting all the necessary static props, and I might also release them as physical props for ingame scenebuilding.
