I think it was actually .36 but don't remember that well right now.
What's the proper actorx import mesh scale for converting it to source units? From what i can tell .395 is effectively (as in, accurate down to millimeters) the height of a HL2 citizen for a human model, 72 units (in this case, medium armour + facegen base mesh)
I wanna be absolutely sure there isn't some exact conversion unit, however.

Gonna be working on an illium map, and an omega map. I'm porting all the necessary static props, and I might also release them as physical props for ingame scenebuilding.
You got it about right, I use 39%
I have mine set at between 39 and 41 iirc
37 and 39 for females
You mean that huge pack with the Starcraft Marines?
I mean this

Is someone planning on getting the "Modernized" Turians? (Some slight armor changes.)

THANK YOU
Its incredibly difficult to find any proper props for scene building in terms of buildings n such
As someone that scene builds alot while makeing movies this stuff really helps

I'd love to see Casual Turians too.
Liara's nude model has a... Very detailed backside. I think it'd be worth porting... For science.
Great job on everything so far. You guys do this community a great service.
Well I think all the casual turians use the same model, so really we only need to port like the turian councillor or something

I'm having to meticulously redo the smoothing groups on quite a few of the models (though with some of the models it simply uses the normal map to correct smoothing errors), so it might take me a few days to get all of them all set up for compiling for each individual location, but once it's done it'll mean a lot as far as mapmaking goes.
Also cire992 is helping with some illium shit, so that might speed things up some. I'm focusing on omega stuff right now.

There's like 3 casual turian models, then it uses some retextures and tint mapping for variety. One thing that's definitely a must is removing the godawful compression artifacts on the tint maps.
I may port some casual Turians, I have Floater working on the textures for them.
^ Yeah gildor updated a couple days ago.
Getting there with liara, need to re-do the constraints though, they were so bad I couldn't even get any decent in-game pics.

Or maybe I just really, REALLY suck at posing, that's a distinct possibility too. I made my own attempt at re-texturing her sb outfit, since the pink and purple thing they gave us in ME3 is even more bizarre looking than the white and blue.
Where did you find the stuff for her other outfit, like that purple outfit thing? I could only find the original 2.

There's a few other casual Turian outfits too:

I am?
@simkas, the purple one was from the collectors edition pack, which had a couple alternate appearances for various characters. The black one I made myself, the alliance one was from the ashes dlc.
@cberry, unless there was something from me3 which I couldn't find, the only nude model is from me1 and its pretty gaffe and low-res. You'd get better results by just decimating a poser model.
cire I think he means where in the files
I can't find them either lol

Fear not, Bloo and I shall include all of them. at least as many as we can.
I sure hope so, we need some Turian gangsta's to counter the amount of Turian soldiers.

disregard that, misread what you said on steam
I made these a long, long time ago. Korro sent me some high res textures, so if i can find the .psds for these i'll just remake them using the ME3 textures.

That looks really nice Floater.

They look nice, but a bit more variety might be in order as well
It'd be cool if there was a bodygroup that removed the hood.
The model wasn't exactly finished but that's a possibility if anyone does actually finish one.
I can start porting from ME3 now, so I start making requests people! Right now, I have weapons and Reapers planned.
Do it for Marauder Shields.

under BIOGame\DLC are the folders for the DLC packs, use the ME3 Gibbed Tools to unpack the .sfar packages.

Surprised no one has requested the Husks yet.

Wait, has anyone requested the Husks yet?
Also, the Brutes:

Hey, if we're going to have Turians, Alliance Marines and more, we'll need something for them to shoot.

Which one are you supposed to use to extract it, they all seem to be just giving me errors when I drag the file over them.
There's only one .sfar pack per dlc, make sure you have .net framework 4 installed.
edit: On an unrelated note, I'm having trouble uploading the liara pack to gmod.org. It gave an error saying the file was too large at 52 mb (even though I've uploaded larger ones before), and when I compressed down to 41 mb it threw a 404 server error. Anyone know what the issue might be?
Is it a regular .zip with no extra stuff involved? No strange compression settings?
Nope, just a regular zip file made with winrar. I get the 404 error when I put a compressed rar within a zip file, but the regular 52 mb file throws a 'file too large' error, which seems odd. Again, I have larger files uploaded in my profile.
