mmm dat dreadnaught, awesome stuff, I love those ships
Apart from how they changed the colour scheme. I liked the red+white theme of the alliance in ME1.
Not to say that has anything to do with porting the models. Keep up the amazing work, guys.
Why does Shepard look so pale when it comes to the source engine?
Why does Shepard look so pale when it comes to the source engine?
If its like the other ME games the default Shep face has no pigment in it like the custom faces. Why, I don't know, it just does. Its why your face doesn't look like a very tan mexican if you switch your facial skin to Default Shep's using Gibbed's.

Any chance on a thresher maw?
Any option of having the Ravagers... I mean, the Reapers?
Sorry if I missed it somewhere else (I assume there's been a few posts about it), have any models been released with the N7 hoodie yet?

I think Haxxer was working on a Reaper Destroyer, but other than that, I'm not sure.

Update!
Tali'Zorah vas Normandy now has her second alternate appearance from the From Ashes DLC!

Check it out.
In related news, I've found out how to rip from the DLC files for Mass Effect 3.
As the other porters may have noticed, each DLC is all packed up into a single file named, "Default.sfar"
The From Ashes DLC is in a folder called "DLC_HEN_PR" under BIOGame\DLC\
The new Convergence DLC is in a folder called "DLC_CON_MP1" under BIOGame\DLC\
To unpack this file, just download Gibbed's Mass Effect 3 Tools, and make sure to pick the latest version of "all_r##_b##.zip".
Extract it... wherever you want, and copy the desired Default.sfar to the directory with all of the .EXEs. Drag and drop Default.sfar onto Gibbed.MassEffect3.SFXArchiveUnpack.exe" and wait for the command prompt to go away.
Note: It will say "Warning: no active project loaded." This is irrelevant, so disregard this message.
Once it's done, you'll find that everything has been unpacked into a folder named "Default" right where the EXEs are.
From there just load up Umodel and everything works just like it normally would.

Mcafee says the link to the "gibbed mass effect tools" is untrusted and magic red badness.

To put into perspective:

So no, you can't have a fullsized reaper.
No. But you can get it pretty damn close

Yeah, I assume prop scaler or working with the skybox? I tried having 40% of the original scale, but if I did that, the air resistance on the model would be too high because of low weight. If I increased the weight, your physics gun wouldn't even work on it.

When do you plan to give the download beacause soverign's cool to use but the texture isnt great and I can't create the turian cruiser being destrroyed by reaper destroyer with soverign.

Nah I scaled it via the QC. I added like twenty 0's to the mass and it moves pretty easily for a big object. You just need to hit it with No Collide World because... well you know. It's big as fuck. But it's that much cooler after you load up Neuroplanes and start dogfighting around it.

Isn't there a console command to control the max lift weight?
Isn't there a console command to control the max lift weight?
If there is one the avarage person (me for example) wouldn't think to use it.

The heads from the mercenary pack have turned kind of hard to pose suddenly and can't be used with the bodygroup tool/faceposer/eye ect, if I remember right they used to be easily poseable, have I messed up something or is it some gmod update error or what is it?
