YOu definatly missed something, the migrant fleet and asari ships if possible, might not be in game files.
Asari ships are most likely not, if the migrant fleet ships are in the game they'll probably be just as shit as they were in ME2.

Im mainly asking cause we rly do need more building related props for city scene builds

Thinking back a few pages, I think more collector troopers would be a pretty good idea. Like the Scions, Abominations and perhaps Seeker Swarms if possible oh and pods. I imagine that somewhere down the line BioWare would add in DLC that feature collectors or something, either in GaW or the main game.. so I guess we could always wait.
Although really the things I actually want to see would be maps.

If you do arrival after horizon or any time before the suicide run, it's the collector general instead of harbinger.
The reason his textures suck is that he is a hologram with a glow tex, there is no "Collector diffuse" for him. All you'd have to is remap the Collector tex around the new uv or use the super low rez ones from the first real time cinematic, with the textures from horizon with appropriate changes. They're even more lo rez than regular collectors though, as he's seen exactly once in real time without Arrival.
