I agree, TS's legs do look a little odd with the over lapping parts, but Romka's legs are too scrawy and his is only a playermodel.

They would have made the combine special forces, much like the HL1 SpecOps, but for some screwed up reason, they weren't put in.
Why was the real combine assassin model never uploaded? It had some key animations I could use for an in-production movie.
