I apreciate the time your taking to help but still nothing. Two folders came from extract Standaloneass and Alex replace. Do i have to take the filesout of there and put them some place or is it ok to just have those two folders in Garysmod folder. Also Not having CSS wouldn't cause this would it ?
Inside the standalone folder ( in the archive ) there should be two folders, models and materials, select those two and extract them to your Garry's Mod folder.

I don't want to bump this because it's so old, but I've tried using this on an RP server I go to, and half of the animations are broken (Mingebag pose).
Is there any way to get this working properly? I've been trying to get a good Assassin flag on this RP script for hours, it's giving me a headache.
