Indeed. While the shiny leather/latex thing does look nice, I'd rather get the model, then reskin it.

Does it work for MI? I mean animations. If so, could you convert it to leak? The current one in leak is corrupt/different version.

This will not work for a player model, it would if it was compiled under a different name but for now, I recommend to not install into Gmod.

Been looking to add this to my server as some custom content on the autodownload. Would that be alright with you? I'd have to host it on a FastDL, so yeah. It wouldn't be on a site persay, but it would have to be put on an FTP that way the server can download it to the client.
Also, to add, would probably have to hex it too. I can understand if you want to wait until the final product though. We'd name the file like assnbeta.mdl or something though. To make sure people know who made it and what the status of it is.

Agreed, very nice model.
You should make a combine mod, where all your friends are combine and the enemy are something else.
The physics is still a bit funny (in that you can get the arms to go straight through the torso), but that's very minor. Everything else is perfect And kudos for getting it to replace Alyx so well.

Maybe he'll do it in another version, but it's doubtful. Your best bet would be to get a modelling program (XSI mod tool is good for HL2), wait for the full release to come out, then ask him politely if you can edit it.
