Uhm, this is fucking weird, I compiled a simple ass model hack and this happened:

Everything is scaled up to like 500%, it gets all fucked up when animating:

The only not part that's not scaled up is the face that has flexes, but the flexes also seem to be like 50 times stronger.

Apparently the latest TF2 update messed with a lot of Source SDK stuff. People have reported issues in Hammer, and I've found issues in HLMV.
It's likely because you're using Source MP as your SDK Engine. I was talking with oogaboogaman about this issue last night, and why I'm not experiencing it (I have my engine set to Episode 1).
We pretty much concluded that it was due to the recent TF2 update and Valve's inability to make compensations for their tools or other games.
I recommend just switching the engine to Episode 1 for the time being -- It still reads and supports all features of the current engine (EyeRefract, Flesh, jigglebones, etc.), but doesn't actually get updated until some time after the MP Engine does, so it doesn't get the rabid bite of TF2 updates.

Although its not much, using the Ninja Ripper tool thing I was able to rip from Payday The Heist and grab the Alienware exclusive masks. I really want the infected masks but for some reason the mask mesh and strap meshes open in 2 completely different areas in Max so they would probably need to be added together manually
