agreed but it still seems to have some useful parts
i'll roll with that
oh, a barrel of green waste too? excellent
So I'm trying to export a load of environment static meshes (stuff like trimming, walls, arches, ect) from Bioshock and Dishonored. However, the process of converting them to source one at a time is extremley tedious. Is there a way to use maxscript or a batch file to make the process more efficient?
Wallworm tools is good for that sort of shit. It's not batch, but you can export and compile props directly from 3DS Max along with materials. Takes only a couple of seconds to do a prop when you've got everything set up. Lots of helpful documentation on the site, as well.

If I may make a suggestion, if you plan on using the BFG spoof gun from DNF and the green waste then download this Duke pack I made. Its got normals and I believe the glow textures for those two, which are absent from that pack

Thats awesome joazz.
Anyone here know how to fix the textures or I guess UVs on models obtained through Ninja Ripper? For some reason 3D Ripper doesn't give me textures or files when I rip from a game on my laptop
Looks like this

The textures should rip automaticly and be assigned automaticly but you probably have to change the UV coordinates when importing the .rip

Is there any recommended UV coordinates to try? The tutorial on ninja ripper mentioned like "6,7" "7,8," and "24,25" but those didn't seem to do anything

It could be anything, just keep trying different numbers, in the format of the second number being the first number +1. And I think the max number can be 50 so keep that in mind.

Tried that and went up to 50, didn't seem to show any fixes
Some game UVs are fine, but they're really scaled up or scaled down.
Never mind the Ninja thing now, apparently ripper only works on my laptop if run under admin

I'm modeling a Pancor Jackhammer. I'm very busy with school tests and some life works then I'm working on it very slow. I don't know where I'll use it, I think I'm modeling it just for fun.
If some one wants to tell some tips on Blender to make a fast and beautiful model, please, be welcome.

we need a few more pictures of parts of the car, maybe your next picture could be of the edge of the steering wheel. and then in the end we can paste them all together and see a full picture.
It's because they aren't finished yet, there are about 150 to 300 pieces per model and each need textures applied to them, and there are about six different materials which still need to be perfected. It'll get there, I only worked on them for a few hours last night hahaha.
