enough balaclava 10/10, also I could take a shot at fixing up some of the rigging and making a QC if you want.
It would require redoing the rigging completely. I auto weighted it to biped instead of using bones because I knew I wouldn't be able to rig or compile it properly myself, and I didn't expect anyone would actually want to. So if you're willing to rig the entire thing, I'll touch up a few things and send it over tomorrow (2am here).
Yeah I can rig it up I guess, can you do the fingers for me though I'm not too good with fingers.
Back to COD ports. yep.
One more render til' I release these later today :l I don't have a lot unlocked in MP so the attachments are limited...
I don't have a lot unlocked in MP so the attachments are limited...
You can actually rip all the attachments you want, it may be a bit of work. I'd say launch the game (not via battlelog), then go to Multiplayer and go to the Weapon editing menu. There you select the "locked" attachment and rip it, then select the next locked attachment and rip it etc etc. & Btw, can anyone try to rip the "BF3 Van" (Comrade Mission / MP) or the Van from Max Payne 3 (End of 1st mission at the garage) which can be opened at the back? Would really apreciate it !
get attachments from here http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1221362
MOH attachments are different, they have an Aimpoint T1 and magnifier, a SpectreDR, etc, so worth ripping anyway.
Back to COD ports. yep.
What source are those 2 weapons from? One looks like a SIG SG55X and the other possibly a galil?
What source are those 2 weapons from? One looks like a SIG SG55X and the other possibly a galil?
You need to read. He said "Back to COD ports." It might just be from Call of Duty.
It's from CS:GO, dummies.
It's from CS:GO, dummies.
I can't actually see the picture so I'll take your word for it haha.
Would still love someone to help me out with this bloody hand rig if they feel up to it. I can't do this shit to save my life :v:
someone could port this galil: http://www.l4dmaps.com/details.php?file=17491 to replace the galil ar of cs:go please
You can actually rip all the attachments you want, it may be a bit of work. On another note I've been piddling around with camo on the diffuse, I managed to get it to look half decent; Basically what I did was take the AO map, place it over the camo pattern and change the AO layer to "Multiply". I then took the spec map, inverted it, used Shadow & Highlight, cranked the Shadows down to 0% and Highlights to 100% and then applied the "Multiply" to it. This is the result; What do you guys think? @KENNITHH Dood your idea worked! I ripped the drum mag but only problem is there is no internal mechanism model, I'm assuming it's because its in the gun customization so there's no need to load it ;(
You need to read. He said "Back to COD ports." It might just be from Call of Duty.
Nope it's from CS:GO.
Four more missions to be revealed.... Also did anyone notice Jaws' rape face
Nope it's from CS:GO.
Yes, Trek told me already. I couldn't see the picture so I didn't know you ported the characters but not the guns.
@KENNITHH Dood your idea worked! The quality of MOHW weapons is pretty neat but the textures need the most work I guess. I didn't like the green camo that much cause it looks a bit blury, but this might be cause the camo is lower res? But still, I prefer the default color of the weapons. Unless it's a sniper, then I like camo :> I'm not sure about the internal mechanism, maybe it's there though? I once ripped the AKM and AK103 but I really didn't know what to do with the mesh, my head was cracking up so I gave up on ripping them but you seem to do it pretty good so props for that ! And yeah, the unlocking of all weapons might be a bit harsh but my brother played 18 hours and he's already level 73 so might still be a lot easier then BF3 (363 hours and only 7 unlocks left) ;D
@EBITUSA, the way I do it is a composite for the diffuse with the bottom layer as the diffuse and the top layer as the camo and tone down opacity/make it an overlay. If you mess around with it enough it lookso kay

That character looks familiar but I can't think of where she's from.
That character looks familiar but I can't think of where she's from.
If i remember right it's a girl from Final Fantasy with shitloads o' BF3 gear.
It's actually sort of a cool hack, but damn I hate the skinnyjeans bloused into the boots. I think that part just looks ridiculous.
It's actually sort of a cool hack, but damn I hate the skinnyjeans bloused into the boots. I think that part just looks ridiculous.
Well firstly they never really modeled the top of the boots, but second I don't know how else you would wear that. It's a ridiculous concept to begin with so I think there are very few realistic approaches to the actual functionality of it.
I love how it looks like it uses the bottom half of a giant AKM mag.
[t]http://i834.photobucket.com/albums/zz265/neenja222/Untitled-2.png[/t] How do I tell what materials were used on this part of the scene? There are a ALOT of textures.
Bumping for this page could really use some help.
Bumping for this page could really use some help.
If you are using Ninja Ripper, then most of the times the name of the mesh corresponds to the name of the dds. like 512 rip is 512 dds. Or you can select 1 part, go to Unwrap UV, click on Edit and then click on where it says CheckerPattern (Checker) , in that dropdown list, the name of the texture should come there to
If you want to know the directory (as I often do when opening old max files), you can do this then Scene then double click on the things and it will add it to a material sphere, which has the directory under 'Maps'
Blops 1 Scrambler anyone know how to make certain parts of a texture illuminate/ a light bulb?
THE FIRST BATTALION'S BACKUP !
It's called a WIP thread, not a release thread, quit whining.
Now im usually not mean, but Listen Motha F***er! This is a WIP thread, as you stated. Not a Render thread. All you have done is post renders and renders and more renders. Haven't seen anything come after them. Not actually wip's. Just render after render of Motha Fu**in' Guns. Peace
Ripped Agent 47 from Hitman: Sniper Challenge. Got the rifle too.
