Made my own Multicam texture because everything else I've seen is shitty blurry low res crap. They aren't 100% accurate but oh well. I think it turned out ok.
Here it is on the Battlefield 3 legs.

That's the same blurry multicam I'm talking about.
EDIT: Woops looking at it again no its not. Problem though, I don't use photoshop.
I'm also satisfied with the way mine turned out.
if you can, enlarge the pattern just a little bit, this part right here [img]http://puu.sh/1L4QD[/img] in the multicam swatch is like instantly distinguishable to my godlike eyes of camo. you've got it too small.
i can take pics of that like very part of the swatch on my own set of multicam pants if you need

Truth be told, I never questioned the bust size, because it's Bioware, whose known to ridiculously oversexualize their women. I just thought it canon and so disregarded it.

it's about longsword-with-really-huge-handle size right now. on the longer end though. go look up sword sizes on wikipedia.

More progress on Bethany. I am hoping to be able to release her tomorrow.
I have built all of her flexes, minus the bottom/top lip lower/raise, and the infamous mouth-open / jaw-drop. The inside of her mouth is not welded to the rest of the mesh, and so it caused me a lot of complication, to the point I finally called it quits for now and decided to test what flexes I had done.

First three frames are some faces I made, and the last is after hitting random a few times. In total, she's going to have approximately 55 flexes.
In addition to the faceposing, I also built her fingerposing. This actually took the majority of the time I spent on her, at taking about 2 to 2.5 hours, and I ran into many difficulties with it, including the rig completely fucking up at one point and me panicking before I was able to fix the issue. I think it came out decently.

Still have a few things left to do. Namely:
- Finish her faceposing (lips and mouth-drop)

But she's quickly approaching a releasable state.

I just started using 3dsmax 2013,
can someone provide me with links to what tools i need to get started with ripping and rigging for source?
There are no tools for 2013 unless you get wallworm to work.

So, I am completely new to ripping models and porting, and would appreciate some help with actually getting this ported to source. My first set of ports I have decided to work on, are the Natural Selection 2 models, mainly the Marine's items. Such as the Marines themselves, the structures, and the Marine weapons. This is the first model I have retrieved, mainly because Ninja Ripper decided to rip over 815 meshes from the thing (Supposed to do that?)
Anyways, here it is:
