I was planning that but I can't get Ninja Ripper to work with Max Payne 3. Open IV can view files but I don't think they can be imported into Max yet

I've found some serious problem on them, and I don't know how to fix it yet, so the release date is not soon.

You can run dx ripper on OpenIV and then just rip from the model viewer. You need version 1.5 of the ripper though

I mean, the crewman looks just tiny compared to the turret.
I already toyed with the scale a bit, i'll have to tweak it some more.
It does look a bit too big compared to the real life counterpart, it is a little difficult to tell scale without some reference next to the prototype.

Yeah, i wasn't too sure on the scale. I'll adjust it some more. Will also add the MW2/3 skins for it.
well hey if you took the top off of that, replaced it with some big guns and reskinned it a bit you'd basically have a high-quality Razorback

I tried making a HD-ish Tommy Vercetti head:

I did it by taking the original Tommy model from VC, tessellating it, hacking it together with Max's head model from Max Payne 3 and the face texture was also done by combining Max's facemap and parts of a HD Tommy skin I found. Something looks wrong about it but I can't really figure out what. I've been adjusting the model and texture but something just looks wrong.
