Is that on the vortigaunt's skeleton system?
If so you could make it into a SNPC, but I'm not sure how well the vortigaunt's melee animations fit the model.
I combined the BFP4F G3A3 Ilwrath ported and the BF2 HK21 Trek ported into a decent HK21, with lots of bodygroups.

I didn't mean one of the shitty ports everyone make where they just stick models on a valve biped skeleton and make it a combine or citizen.
I mean like a new scripted AI so people who don't just use models for poses can actually do something with this great looking model.

And I'm sure he know's what you meant, but no one wants to waste time making an snpc when the small closed community of posers here will be glad with the outcome no matter what. Go back to garrysmod.org

I'm not saying that, Garry's Mod is a diverse community.
I don't just use Garry's mod for npc wars, I actually spend most of my time on it coding, porting and mapping. I do enjoy battling a bunch of npcs or making a base of some sort for no reason every once in a while but what does that matter?
There is plenty of people in the GMod community out there that enjoy "wasting their time" making SNPC's just like how there are people "wasting their time" making gamemodes, movies, models, poses, maps, and more.
Its not a waste of time if you enjoy doing it and if someone else gets a kick out of it.
And what are you trying to imply when you say "Go back to garrysmod.org"?
There is no need to throw insults if that's what you meant. I just threw out an idea, I'm not trying to insult posers or anyone in any way.

Aside from a few bodygroups the guns are done. Going to do the grenades, detpack, and briefcase gun tomorrow then release it as soon as it's all done.
And the rifle above was getting a little confusing in 3dsmax, i'm glad i stopped adding bodygroups.

I took the mag from the MW3 AA12 to make a box mag and fixed the mag on the other gun. And i added an ejection port since the NT aa12 didn't have one on the viewmodel.
all that's left to do is fix the magazine physmodels on some stuff. Hopefully releasing it tomorrow.
It looks nice, but you should improve the ejection port, it looks... Wierd?

It's weird because it's a flat texture since that's all i've got. I took the texture from the world model (which has an ejection port) and applied it. I agree it looks like shit but i'm not sure if it looks better or worse than just having no ejection port at all.

A bone, a couple of lines in the QC, and a model split into a bunch of parts doesn't really seem like 'a pain in the ass', i was dreaming of doing this months ago before i knew how to hack and was worried about it being so hard, it's turned out to be easy :v:
I still say we need a better bodygroup tool.
One that nabs all the bodygroup names from a model, so you don't have to guess what's what.
