You could kinda use a less shit everything. You did a perfectly fine job but that models textures look like they're 128x128 all over the place.

That's only because it's 3dsmax taking a huge dump all over the texture quality. I've got no idea how to stop it scaling down textures.
This is how it looks ingame, working on making the stock and M203 match the body currently.

I think it's because they kinda dodge the trend of HARD ANGLES AND METAL PLATES EVERYWHERE. And instead they tend to look like relatively modern evolutions of current infantry armour and uniforms.

Combine soldiers are pretty logical but they seem like they wouldn't be able to carry much of anything for long periods of fighting. They don't need food, just ammo, so if they're using an MP7 or SPAS-12 then they would have room for a whole bunch of shells or MP7 magazines in their butt pouch, but it doesn't seem like they'd have much room for AR2 ammo or grenades.
And blacklight soldiers are cool apart from the helmets. They just look ridiculous.
Universal Carrier With ragdolled tracks, there still some funky stuff to fix but I find it epic, I think I will add this to all the vehicles, by the way it's really easy to rig tracks. Bren not included

That's funny, the helmets are basically my favorite part. The order helmets are really just futuristic versions of modern helmets with super fancy NVG, and I really dig the whole "giant visor that you can't actually see through" deal, it just seems awesome to me. To each his own though.
I'm all for the 'giant visor that you can't actually see though' thing just i think the designs of some of the blacklight visors/helmets look fucking ridiculous.

time to fix the two little finger errors I spotted

one suggestion i'd leave to every porter/hacker here is to bend the finger bones 20 degrees inwards on every bone
if done right, the current fingerposer tool will be able to close the hand fully and still make a flat hand

Isn't AR2 ammo actually tiny? Looks like essentially a battery the size of a normal rifle shell that's worth 30.
I was working off the 'AR2 ammo pickups in hl2 = big mags' but i guess so. The thing that loads into the AR2 i'd say is about half the size of a shotgun shell =
