Those are looking nice! I'm trying to get hold of some Blacklight models myself but I can't find any PSK's in the game folder. I've extracted (for instance) HeloDeck with the UPK extractor and it gives a lot of folders, but no PSK's (like was the case with ME2). The Spidertank folder only gives some .StaticMesh files :\ Any help?

It runs on UDK and is fully supported by umodel, when export tho you must add -nostat. The alpha maps are fucked but it's easy fix.
There is like 120 weapons and most of them are not that known.

This is fucking great.
Although, it might just be me, but some of those head models look too much alike despite the different facemaps. It would be nice if you used more head models with more variety or made a bunch of flexes that change the shape of the face, kind of like how Haxxer did with that Asari model pack.

When you export, make sure you check the "With Vertex Weights (HL2)" box. That will fix your problem.
