How exactly are you getting the ones from SP? last time i checked, i was only able to find the MP ones.
And i can probably fix that rig up as well, if it still needs.

I was able to find only MP ones too, but after many trials, I finally QuickBMSed *pc files from Envs folder, which is containing SP environment files including SP models.

You have to do a double extraction, at least as far as I tried. First extract the PC file and then extract the TEMP file.

I just finished properly shading and applying bumpmaps, it looks [i]even better[/i].
Edit: and the textures have an 81% reduction in disk space. So, all the characters will end up being about 150MB instead of 700MB.
