Romka's HECU are awesome, but they always look under-equipped and cartoony to me. i'll finish my HECU hacks, someday.
In the meantime:

Is anyone actually ever likely to use cockpit canopy bodygroups
What game are they from?
Is this better for the bumps?
Damn... I hate that. Problem is I don't know which color to invert.
If a normal is inverted always invert the green channel or flip Y
I know you fixed this in the later post but always good for others to see.
That looks nice, but I would perhaps put $halflambert 1 in the qc of his face so it doesn't look like it's made of melting clay.

Hasn't there already been a discussion on this? few people have gotton the models in the past, the Uvs not being broken but on different channels, and some other details om forgetting on the material process.

very interesting....
I was able too decompile Black Mesa models with functioning faceposing using a little trick i learned

They have about twice as many flexes as citizens due to the shape sliders
you don't even have to change them up because I'm pretty sure the texture artist went to the H4lf-D3ad school of facemaps.
When i saw the Bodyguards and the faces of the people i thought
"Half-dead"
Don't worry
I think we all did, I sure as hell did
H4lf-Mesa.
i thought 'fakefactory'
Holy shit, is that....
Gary Oldman? D:
I actually added $halflambert in it.
I was able too decompile Black Mesa models with functioning faceposing using a little trick i learned
so what is this little trick?
i thought 'fakefactory'
What's the difference?

They actually look good?
And you're dumb.
i thought 'fakefactory'
Not enough makeup on the females for that.
so what is this little trick?
Well the thing about the mdldecompiler i've found out is that while decompiling the vta breaks with custom IDST0 models. But it's not broken at first. It breaks as the decompiler goes. So what i did was quickly copy and paste the VTA before it has time to break. Also if the model decompiles too fast to paste then you can actually decompile it over and over and eventually it will give you a working VTA. Not sure why it does this.
whoa

Craokalo made a program that actually does this vta capturing during decompiling for you.
