Why not just bodygroup it all?
Mostly cause the body clips through the clothes. and second I guess cause FP isn't the right place to release nude stuff.
Dude now that I think about it the proportions on her head are kind of bad
It may just be my eyesight again but I swear scout's head is like twice as big

It might be because shes like a foot shorter then him, so her heads smaller then his.
I like the head that maxofs2d has.

this one? I didn't think he edited the model at all.
Those Black Mesa heads will be so incredibly useful for headhacks. Instead of hacking on 9 citizen heads, hack on one black mesa head and you've already got more variety than what you've get from citizen heads. Now if someone would also make a tool for gmod that would be able to randomize the values of only the face shape flexes, that would be incredible.
aaand got faceposing set up for the third 33rd guy

wat is a thrid 33
wat is a thrid 33
Maybe 33rd is an infantry unit I'm guessing? So the third model from the 33rd infantry? It's a guess though
There's a military unit in Spec Ops: The Line known as the 33rd. I'm guessing he's referring to the model of the 3rd soldier from the 33rd you see in game.

Shouldn't be that much to be honest. The size of her head compared to him makes her look like she's ten or so. No offense. I guess I like your lower body more (Yay for pants) and the other femscouts upper body.
and another one

That is awesome
Say i was wondering , has anyone ported over ski equipment by any chance ? Or made models of their own ?
Cause all i could find was snowboards so far so would be nice to know weather there are any ski models .
Probably my last Black ops port until black ops 2 comes out, i think you guys will like my next project very much.
i canr wait for porject :)
hey the gun textures in Boarderlands are blue and green, ingame they use a mask to change up the colors, but anyone know a easy way to recolor the textures? since there is quiet a few parts on one texture?

use the masks and apply a grayscale gradient map or something?

There's bound to be an AO to be build from that. Best thing to do
Grab the AO, make selections per channel (Blue, Green RED) fill the selection on a new layer. And set it to multiply over the AO generally.

Well, this may sound like a stupid idea, but you can try what I do when I can't figure out which segment of a texture is supposed to go to which part of a model - just place a random line of color on the segment of your choosing, then save it as a copy. After that, just apply it to the model in your program of choice and see if you can find it.
Of course, there's probably methods that are much less time consuming and not as stupid, but that's usually what I do.

Thank you, this helped highlight the pieces that need coloring.

Lots more isn't shown and some even started to crash HLMV so I'll need to test in-game later.
From what game?
Sports game maybe ? Hell maybe even a james bond game . Theres not a whole lot of stuff that uses ski sequences , they mostly use snow bikes but skis can be used for some nice james bond style downhill snow chases
