We may want to fix some of the existing issues with the heads first, half the face shape flexes don't even work in gmod.

The only way to port form ArmA2, release it, and get away with it would be not to post pictures in this thread or make a thread about it, or basically do anything with it, just port it and keep it too yourself and people who ask for it.. That's what I would do, or planned on doing.. oh wait shit I just posted about it...

About Arma 2 porting, I just remembered something, there's a few weapon models from arma 2 ported to GTAIV that I remember seeing a while ago and they haven't been taken down yet.

So I hacked some better hands onto the BMS hgrunts, gave it dynamic shadows and put male_04's head on it just for the hell of it, the body needs some rescaling but other than that it's pretty much done. I don't see why if someone else is doing the same thing you should stop. It's not like people gain monopolies over models they edit. (I always see people pulling that "I'm working on it too so stop" shit all the time.)

while I really don't like the BMS HECU as HECU, they're pretty good as modern tactical soldiers I might do a couple hacks with them eventually, but a greyscale for their uniforms would be handy as fuck
