I did a considerable amount for only a few hours in one day, I sent the rest to Jenkins so he could work off them if he so chooses as he's making something similar. If I wanna do a model and someones doing the same one, I wouldn't really care as I chose to do the model for fun. Are they going to do theirs exactly the same as I do mine? I highly doubt that, no one face poses the same, and no one does materials the same. in the end your ganna have differences and variety is nice.

That's assuming that they're all doing the phong, faceposing, detailwork, and physics the same way. Those are what really make ports shine. That's very rarely going to be the case. Besides, it's up to them whether they want to do it or not... that you believe it to be a waste of time becomes immaterial right there.

I made some generic action movie bad guy henchmen guards with Black Mesa heads: [img]http://uppix.net/2/4/5/a109902df658b62a71367fc6adb66.jpg[/img] The shirt is colorable using the color tool and there's bodygroups for a few more different shirt+gear combinations.
How did you manage to make it so the color tool only affects the shirt, but not the rest of the body?

Can anyone help me? I want to port the Black Mesa models to GMod/SDK, but when I do and try to spawn one, it says that it can't read the .vvd.
