It's unrigged, so atm it's pretty much useless. Gimme a sec to reskin the hood from that Alex Mercer model that was released.

Where did you find the character models? I've been using umodel to try and find them but to no avail (can find just about everything else though :V ) Random metal plate from Dishonored. [img]http://i.imgur.com/9d385.png[/img] Just to make sure I was doing it right.

The character models should just be static meshes right? I'm relatively new to this. And any chance you could tell me where you found the guards? Would save me quite a bit of digging.
I believe I found them in L_Brothel_P, and one of the L_Streets[Number]_P.

could fix the hair up a bit
just transparency in viewer, can be fixed when converted to vtf. Also deadmau, good Craig head, though he has more of a army cut than spiky hair

So I've run into a problem after exporting a model to smd. The smd doesn't retain the UVmap of the original model. Do I have to create a new UV or what. I'm using 3dsmax if that makes a difference.
