If you want to simulate some sort of stealth it would be better to use a refract texture of some sort. Right now that camo pattern looks really odd.

I think that there is no people who interested to put MGS Chars into GMod, sorry. If you find a guy who can make it... I don't have GMod, i'm making mods for Fallout, other people make them for GTA SA and other games.
