The Generations models are properly scaled. Unleashed ones were just a tiny bit larger than they're supposed to be.

Yeah, I have that problem. I went through the old thread to find a fix but I came up with nothing.
Well, that's a right shame, it's a very nice model. Not a fan of SatAM or Underground but it's certainly an interesting character design. Just wish Sega had thought it up instead of DiC.
t-binding? is that where the model is some how stuck in t-pose upon spawn?
Yeah, seems everyone has that problem with the Manic model. Can't even use the Ragdoll mover tool on it.
hmm, I better look into it. Just a note about the model though, I wasn't the one who finished rigging it.
who ever compiled Manic, please go back and set the constraints properly.

Well I myself AM a fan of both shows (I was actually introduced to Sonic throuh AoStH not the games) and although this may be off topic, I was planning to atempt to make a model for Sonia to go with the Manic model. Not sure about Robotnik though, I don't think I can find a base that big.

Is it the manic model using the heroes sonic, or did someone make a new one? And if they did could you post a pick of it maybe? Id like to see a sonia model, and why not use the fat guy from street fighter 4 and street fighter x tekken?

I think for Manic they used the Heros Sonic model and added the vest, hair, and other things to it. Once I get started and far enough I'll post some pics of the model. As for the street fighter fat guy, I'll see if I can find his model first.
