the model size compared to a hl2 model would make the height of generation's models who's scaling has been unaltered not even half the height of their foot. the models to be accurately sized for Source have to be scaled up to 36 times their initial size.
Think anyone would have a use for these? Download: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=132293
We could use them for that one brawl move....
We could use them for that one brawl move....
We could use them for anything involving a springboard.
personally I'd like to see them turned into an entity, but I lack knowledge on how to do that.
like replacing the aerial faith plates with them?
like replacing the aerial faith plates with them?
That's one use, but i was thinking more along the lines of making sonic based maps. possibly along the lines of SRB2 more than Generations. (Think classic Sonic with working spindash in 3d)
Hows the Episode 2 ripping going for you, Glaber?
currently missing the key for ignition, or in other words, missing a way to import into 3ds max 9 (2006) without milkshape. I rather not have to buy another 3d modeling program if i don't have to.
Can anyone help me on this problem? Does anyone know how to make a ragdoll reference smd on Blender? I am currently modifying Classic Amy to make her more Generations-y.
If it's link's classic Amy, then i can't help. If not, then I still can't, I don't know how to do that in blender.

It's another person's work; but as I said a few posts back, I will not distribute it to protect Link's credibility.
Here would be a good place to look
Cheers! :) Which link do I click?

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7stlpd4qvkq3096/vlT0RyD6Bp/fmt_dxripper_rip.py Just put it in noesis/plugins/python [editline]27th August 2012[/editline] Also, if you're having a hard time finding the model you're looking for, look in the _ripper folder for textures. Find the texture of your model and look at the name of the .bmp, I was looking for Sonic, so his model should be somewhere in the "mesh0008.rip" range.
is Noesis free?
Lol you've never used Noesis? yeah it's free.
ummm...wheres the GUN truck???
ummm...wheres the GUN truck???
I'll re-release it later this week. Just got a few more flexes to add to Espio and Vector (the fingerposing has finally been fixed), and the Act 2 variant left for the G.U.N. Truck, then my Sonic pack's good for release.
Lol you've never used Noesis? yeah it's free.
yea, I never used it. I just hope it's easier to pick up than blender is.
yea, I never used it. I just hope it's easier to pick up than blender is.
Noesis is basically a "middleman" program. All it does is convert one model format to another.
cool, I'll look into it then. Edit2: Got the wrong website edit 3: is this the right place?: http://oasis.xentax.com/index.php?content=downloads Edit 4: possible delay of Badnik pack may happen if not finished before Sept 14. Prepare for Unforeseen Consequences.

It's an ep1 pack
http://oasis.xentax.com/files/noesisv389.zip this is the noesis download. Get the python script and put it in noesis/plugins/python and you'll be able to load the .rip's.
We could use them for anything involving a springboard.
i bet that the map is based off the brawl one in some way p.s. you're a ytp god
It's an ep1 pack
Awww... Oh well its still awsome, and it will be nice to see Shellcracker in gmod.
Of course, plus a select few will have alternate skins not found in sonic 4.
