I thought the closest was Sonic Underground with the guitar that could shoot lasers
I remember seeing the Egg Carrier from SA1 being ported as a map at some point. What came of that? I'd love to see it as a map, hell, even a model would be cool.
Someone should make a Sonic map and package it with an add-on for increasing speeds and being able to jump on people and kill them, like the mario hat item.
I thought the closest was Sonic Underground with the guitar that could shoot lasers
I don't think Sega considers that canon. And I thought Sonic Underground was terrible to the point that made Sonic X's 4kids English version look decent. And that isn't the surface of it. For me I feel like nostalgia critic on movie sequels that suck, except in this case it was a series that they tried to force as much pop culture music into per episode that ruined the entire experience plus the ruining of Robotnik's voice. The music didn't even fit the scenarios they were in either, basically put Sonic looks out of place with a gun, whether it looks like a guitar or an actual one. He's the fastest thing alive he run through robots for Pete sake! I can understand bombs because he can drop them off and watch from a distance as the explode, he wouldn't have time to aim a gun running at his speed, he could practically out run the bullet! We've seen him dodge lasers like no one's business. As for the eggcarrier map I believe the name of it is Sky Troops, they're still working on it.

They really didn't need to make more sonic shows after satAM.
Nope they should've made season 3 of Sat AM

But, you guys have your opinions and I have mine.
Indeed, Also Sonicdude, Go watch the SatAM series before disagreeing.
Indeed, Also Sonicdude, Go watch the SatAM series before disagreeing.
I've seen the entire series 3 times. It's nowhere near anything "Sonic". It's a Star Wars ripoff for furries. Sonic is incredibly obnoxious and takes orders from a chipmunk with a rather large head. Adventures > SATAM
I hated everybody. The only character that is actually good is sonic. Even though I liked the show
Eh...I liked Robotnik. He was actually competent for once and had pretty much taken over the world anyway...well actually. When you say he's competent it sounds kinda dumb. In that series the planet was either ruined cities, rocks or Knothole Forest. How hard would it be for him to send some SWATbots there...I mean...come on, your voice is epic and all but goddamn you suck.
So basically you like cartoons that's basically screaming, yelling, looks like the backgrounds were drawn by two year olds, and a Robotnik that's just there for the sheer purpose of Sonic to make fun of him? As for why Robotnik in satAM never did send his bots in to crush them was because it was clearly stated he could never FIND the place.
Sounds to me that you just described 90% of Cartoon Networks current line up.
You mean that network I never watch anymore? Thanks for letting me know the quality of cartoons have gone to an all time low. thanks.
Seriously, people. We're supposed to be talking about models here, not TV cartoons.
At least sanik cartoon discussion's been keeping the thread more active then usual I remember when this thread was lucky to have more then 4 new posts a day
How difficult is it to find a forest in a world that's just robotic cities and desert?
For one the forest is pretty big, for another have you ever tried LOOKING for anything in a forest? It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, by hand mind you not by machines that can find needles.

But it ain't difficult to burn the sucka down!
It's difficult to find stuff in a forest, correct. Oh and lets not forget that Sonic's feet somehow cause fire from running so fast.

The Comic book on the other hand, does consider it canon in another world along the cosmic interstate. In fact, issue 50 of Sonic universe is suppose to be the conclusion of Sonic Underground but let's get back to the models. Apparently someone on Sonic retro has unearthed a bunch of Sonic the Fighters models http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?showtopic=14195&view=findpost&p=712571

Even though they only appeared in Sonic the Fighters, Fang also appearing in a couple gamegear games, I still consider them to be my favorite Sonic characters.
I've started work on Knack sometime ago, rigging the hands takes the longest as I'm placing pre-named bones

I honesty think there was.
Wasn't there a gamecube version of sonic the fighters? Sonic CD and Sonic R was also there as well as some gamegear games.
Fucking sonic R
I don't think that Sonic R is the worst sonic game of all time *cough*screwattack*cough* It gets fun for about an hour then you decide not to play anymore when you unlock everything. The title of the worst sonic game SHOULD go to Shadow The Hedgehog or Sonic Genesis.
Nope Sonic 06 gained the title of worst for all the bugs littered throughout.
Nope Sonic 06 gained the title of worst for all the bugs littered throughout.
I said it before, and I'll say it again: I do not know how people were finding all of these bugs in Sonic 06. I managed to complete the entire game from beginning to end with very little to no problems what-so-ever.
