If I personally know you and you want them I'll give them away, otherwise just wait for the public release when they're actually done. They're not done and I don't have the files on hand to finish them either.
RPD ones aren't even from RE6 (which doesn't have any RPD in it other than Helena in a stripper's costume), or any resident evil game at all. They're taken from Kayne & Lynch, the security officers. Just threw one some gear from Silent Hill and some custom modeled badges from -Rusty-.

Sorry for the bumping, but the link seems to be broken and it'd be great to have these. Clicking the download button does nothing and saving link as gives me a corrupted 7z file.
