As far as i can tell, it's the original WOT M48 just edited to be an M60. There are a good few similarities in the chassis on the real ones, so whoever did it must've just edited the chassis a little, modeled a new turret and some other parts for it and shared as many of the other parts as they could.

Ard Patrinel very generously converted it so i could put it into gmod, Here it is ingame since i don't think I've posted it here.

Some of those look great, especially the M60s. Shame the only MBT-70 they've got on that website is just a really shittily reshaped Abrams.

I might look into trying to convert some of those to an usable format myself.

I would like to add more skin to some tanks. I've converted the .dds into a .vtf image, but how to tell to Gmod to add a new bodygroup for this new skin ?

I've searched about bodygroups for Gmod 13 but all I found is how to change... I search to add one

You have to recompile the model. You should rather ask someone to do that for you.

Also, I've seen some kind of in-game material editor on digitalero. Not sure how it works, but I think you can just change diffuse texture with that.

Unfortunately, for some time digitalero forum is closed and you have to register.

I advise you to download Steel Armor - Blaze Of War and rip it out. From this model gets the usual way 3D Ripper DX, and T-62 and M60 have interior:
