Okay andlast i was abel to write in facepunch. Evry thing work fine with glados in the HL viewer. but in gmod so is the eye texture white. i can se that the eye text is there. just white. This may be a bit much, but I think the Glados symbol on her arm shouldn't be red, and her dress needs some dirt on it, like the environment in Portal, clean, with a stains and blemishes. Other than that, your did a f-awesome work!

I am not sure if it a vmt ore a some kinda hidden color channel in the vtf -_- but i am strungeling to find out how.
hmmmmm its wierd if you want me to give it a try with the vtf i could try i got a vtf editing program. you could email me the model and vtf and i can try it when i do what i can and if i get it right ill send it too you and you release it.
