Considering you either use the Chell or Alyx skin, some edits would be really easy.

You should really just try to port the one AI Lady from Gunman Chronicles and apply Valve's female skeleton. She appears late in the game, (In a physical form) and is very femine shaped. Mabe reskin it or somenthin' and call it GLaDOS.

Rewolf games asked Valve if they could use the Goldsrc engine for their game Gunman Chronicles. So it operates on Goldsrc so it could easily be ported. Once it's ported reskin to something like GLaDOS and apply Valve's female bone structure.

Go there for an image of her. Just copy and paste. Or if you buy the game you could find the .mdl in the PAK file and port it to Source and skin it. I own the game so MAYBE I could upload the .mdl file to garrysmod.org or something. But isn't that illegal?
