I was able to change the color of one set of rag doll's but I cannot do it for most of them and I cannot do it for the non-rag doll characters.

Alright, i downloaded some weapon models, i have Garry's mod, but not Garry's mod 9. I read the first post, but still don't understand where I put these models. Its the saw pack i've downloaded, and any walkthrough you could give me would be great.

OK for some reason my VTF editer just randomly stopped working properly. Now it won't open up .TGA files. GCF Scape won't work either so now I am having some serious technical problems.
Well that's bad, I can't give a lot of advice it's been long since I've done this.
My guess is something related to the SDK, Net framework or the tools itself Try opening SDK up before starting or reinstalling the tools.

It's the alpha layer on the skin. I'd turn it black.
I can't find the folders specified in any of my game files! Please help me find them, I really want to skin...

Nevermind, I thought you meant something different...
Ok so I re-installed it and everything and opened up SDK but it still won't work. However I have found that it's only one skin that won't work. As to why that is I don't know, I mean it was working fine at first but not anymore.
I can't download photoshop as at the end of the installer it crashes and says there's an error. I don't know which version of the GIMP tp download and the ones i chose are just .zip or .rar files so what do i do?
