That logo is only on those First Platoon guys (and has been put on my skin). Best picture I can find of the logo:

Basically just a simple white MNU text with a little pale-blue tab in the middle of the "U". Sometimes the blue tab is the same colour as the text (black or white instead of blue).
I did a little more on the map. Added a 3D skybox, checkpoints at either end, a second grass/swampland area, and im all set to do a second slums area past the far checkpoint (areaportal'd).
I kinda came up with some ideas of how this could fit into the City8 project so Ill probably releasing two version of the map, one with the C8 Citadel/Textures, and one with District9 textures and no citadel/citadel walls etc.
The second grass/swampland area will look a bit barren so far, I havnt done much to it yet. Repeating textures etc etc.

It would add a huge bit of epicness if we did have it. I mean, you'd know its D9 straight away if you saw that thing in the air.

What would the District 9 fans like to see in the interiors of the shacks?
So far I've put shelves with cans (refering to cat food) beds, and carboard boxes/tipped over boxes of paper for a dirty feel.

Some shacks should just have food and beds, others should have like corpses and meat, others should have the prawn's nests(The egg thingies with the tentacles) and some could be the weapon's making labs they have.

Maybe even a trapdoor that goes down into the dropship.

Now watching that scene again I guess you can split the MNU guys into a few face/body types.
MNU mercs
Faces:
Beanies
Balaclavas
Nothing
Body types:
White body armor - looks like heavy armor
Normal black kevlar jackets like similar to the ones in CS.
MNU guards
Faces:
Helmets with either balaclavas, goggles, or nothing.
Body types:
The one's on the PMCs/CS are similar enough, not much white other than the guns and logos.

Anyhoo, I'm gonna go ahead and take a shot at some MNU combine soldiers for the hell of it. Even if the model doesn't fit completely, it ought to be fun to have.
Dave, you need to make the town seem more of a Shantytown than a poor town.
Shantytowns usually consist of shit everywhere the homes built out of scrap and garbage. Nothing should really be built out of one solid block, maybe 4 different blocks with different textures and props to fill in the gaps.
Bashing around vortigaunts with the aid my MNU soldiers (Although they really don't do much but follow me) is fun to blow steam.
Now gonna put some MNU logos on their front now.
And making v2 of the models, completely black.
Also, I found a stryker model with the back closed. If anyone wants to skin it, PM me.
