i followed all the steps, but when i load up the game the ragdoll itself is invisible. i don't particularly care about this model, i'm just trying to see if i can get this to work. i can move it around and everything, and i guess i can pose it, just having a slight visibility problem. any tips for/ridicule of my failure?

As for problem - check file paths for textures, might be some subcategory missed.
hm can you give me a ballpark area where to look for? i've been through them all and can't find where the problem could be (which isn't saying much actually, i'm pretty new to messing with these files.)
Hey guys, this is my first post on this site...so go easy on me. I know everyone in the universe hates people who bump old threads, but I really wanted this model, so after looking at about 5 different threads on this model (from various sites) I finally figured out how to get the model to work... so here's the link to a rar file i made containing everything necessary. Um I figured it out a long time ago...I was having so much trouble because I had just gotten Gmod and didn't know how to add anything so I was trying to learn how to add other Source content. Thanks for the reply anyway.

No problem with the bump, actually good that you posted a link because the original got space warped and the OP was lost. There was a bug ages ago that would replace the original post with the bumper's post.
