Mario was probably right for the ms script...we don't deserve it... the proof...try to understand what he means before being nasty! Porting models is just everything appart from quick and fast...we have to do all the hand working to get it! Mario tries to make us understand that if you want him to make stuff, every work could be paid...cause he's not our slave, nobody is your slave... so you stay quiet and calm and show more respect to the guy who explained to everyone how to get easily the models.
if you want models, wait or do it by yourself...if you order someone else to do it for you...pay him, right. you have no right to stress people to do job that you could do by yourself...

Speaking of copyright infringement, i think the only company to ever actually act on anything was bohemia when people were porting Arma 2 models.

I think it'd be different if one were being payed to essentially steal assets from a game.

Its still stealing i suppose, i dunno, would it depend on how many models are obtained? Sort of "fair use" in a way or something?

other then that tecmo sued an entire forum for making the characters nude.

those are the only examples I can think of, seriously using models in fan work isn't worth suing your fanbase
